DIVERSITY and MULTICULTURAL COMMITTEE
The concept of multicultural and diversity means understanding that each individual is unique and that there are many differences such as race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, age, physical abilities, religious beliefs. Our Rule and Mission Statement firmly identifies our relationship with civil society and our work for social justice while affirming the dignity of each human being. Our diversity reflects our strength.

FORMATION
Vincentian formation means being shaped through the Holy Spirit. It is about our hearts and minds that we bring to our ministry. While training generally answers the questions ‘what?’ or how?’; formation answers the ‘why?’ Both formation and training are needed.

“GETTING AHEAD IN A JUST GETTING BY WORLD”
A key facet of the Society's work is to end poverty through long-lasting systemic change. Systemic change goes beyond addressing the immediate needs of poverty; instead, it is about partnering with the poor to identify the root causes of their poverty and remove the barriers that keep people impoverished.
This program is run by trained facilitators.
